Today, a new man will be tapped by the country to assume the reins and guide us upward for the next four years. The crowds will fall silent and signs will come down. The issues and challenges, seen and unseen, will remain as the winner awaits a January inauguration. While times have changed since Abraham Lincoln sat in the White House, what his resolve shows is timeless.
